• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the individual promotion terms. Until the wagering requirement is fully completed, bonus-derived winnings cannot be cashed out.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pp9999. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanical or electronic device to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Colluding with other players on live dealer tables or sports betting markets to manipulate outcomes or share information in a manner that undermines the integrity of the game.

• Charging back or disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider in bad faith after receiving services from pp9999.

All content available on the pp9999 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game engines, graphics, animations, audio, video, text, logos, trademarks, trade names, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of pp9999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pp9999 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any pp9999 content without express written authorisation.
• Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.
• Use the pp9999 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without prior written consent.
• Screen-scrape, crawl, or data-mine the pp9999 platform for commercial purposes.

Any unauthorised use of pp9999 intellectual property may result in civil liability and, where applicable, criminal prosecution.

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Indirect, special, or consequential losses of any nature.
• Losses arising from interruptions to platform availability caused by maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond pp9999's reasonable control (including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, or force majeure events).
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to a player's account where such access resulted from the player's failure to maintain credential security.

Nothing in this Agreement limits or excludes pp9999's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by pp9999's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

pp9999 is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we take our obligations as a platform operator seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players at no charge through the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set personal daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before activation.

Upon closure of an account for any reason other than fraud or prohibited conduct, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their verified payment method after any outstanding wagering requirements or pending investigations are resolved.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pp9999 holds its international gaming licence. By accepting this Agreement, you agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the pp9999 platform shall be subject to the dispute resolution process described herein.

In the first instance, all disputes should be directed to the pp9999 customer support team via the live chat facility available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The support team will endeavour to resolve your concern promptly and fairly. pp9999 will acknowledge formal written complaints within 2 business days and will provide a substantive response within 10 business days of receipt. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through this process, it may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution body associated with pp9999's licensing authority.

You agree that any claim against pp9999 must be brought in your individual capacity and not as part of a class, representative, or collective action. This Agreement does not affect any statutory rights you may hold that cannot be waived by contract.
